I can offer you a range of Yoga classes that are all very dear to me. From donation only classes, women only Yoga to a class specifically designed for cancer survivors.

I have been attending Lorena's class now for over 3 years and I enjoy her style of teaching immensely. She always brings different flow movements to the class and invigorates us all with her teachings. I leave Lorena's class feeling fully set up for the day. I discovered Lorena's yoga classes by chance and I'm so glad I did. They make me feel like I'm on a little holiday. I have practiced yoga regularly for many years now and it's really difficult to find a teacher, who challenges you but doesn't push you too far leaving you with frustration. Lorena does an amazing job at adapting her classes to the level of each yogi. So they are suitable for advanced yogis, beginners as well as people with injuries. She finds a great balance between (challenging) exercises and relaxation. I highly recommend her .
