I offer 1-2-1 individual or group sessions at your home or at a mutually agreed venue.

  • I took away a lot of useful things, such as the difference between mindfulness and meditation and how they each have a role on the journey, and the different meditation techniques. I also really like how you manage to simplify it and make it more "accessible" - doable, which has helped me to incorporate techniques more easily into routines. She shares many meditation techniques, so if you are finding your practice challenging I can assure you that you will find ways on this course to help you! The Mini sound bath last session was such a treat. This course has given me an understanding of the different kinds of meditation, and helped me to see which ones are best for me. The calm delivery of the course and the practical information given to participants was very helpful and interesting. The course really inspired me to want to meditate every day. I would definitely recommend this course to others.
